Dwayne has served as the head pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina. He serves as a director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is also a believer for training future generations of Biblical counselors. He is a Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles and is also a contributing writer in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling changing lives by embracing God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids and a wife Leslie.
