Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp was born in Canada. She's an actress who has starred in multiple television series. VanCamp also has a great record in the world of film. There is a huge fanbase in American and Canadian television. At the age of Emily was 12 she became attracted to acting when she visited her older sister Katie at the location of one of her films. As soon as she began to realize that acting was her passion, Emily began taking acting classes and auditions. At first, she was able to land a couple of commercials, and then was selected for the Canadian TV show for children Are You Scared of the Dark? where she was seen only in one scene, without any dialogue. In the year 15 she made her breakthrough as she was part of the WB show Glory Days. Emily's talent caught Greg Berlanti's attention when the show was cancelled after nine short episodes. The show's creator cast Emily for Everwood the new television show. Emily was also a ballet dancer and photographer. Teen once named her one of the most talented actors under the age of twenty. The Maxim's Hot 100 2014 list ranked her at number 51.
